Purchasing process:

1. Your order will be checked for availability. After all details are finalised, we will send you an order confirmation email containing the following info:
* Details of the transaction
* Delivery Charges (based on location)
* Total amount needed to be paid
* Payment details for your chosen payment method

2. Make the payment, then send us a message informing us of the payment or payment receipt. (Completion of this step is an absolute MUST before we can process your order). Additional information verification may be asked if necessary.

3. Your order will be processed after we've verified your payment. We will send a message notifying you that the payment has been verified, and you will be informed of the expected date of posting.

4. Your order will be posted and you will receive a final email/SMS containing your order details.

Delivery method:

* Orders for readily available items are posted out within 3 days of payment. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery. You will be notified through SMS and/or email when your order is posted.

* Delivery will be done by POS EKSPRES
